Yi-Ling Chen
I have a particular interest in lipid-reactive T cells and their roles in immune regulation, with the goal of advancing our understanding of how commensal and pathogenic responses contribute to tissue homeostasis and microbial defense at both cellular and molecular levels.
Using high-dimensional proteotranscriptomics, T cell clonality analysis, and human immune organoid approaches, my research seeks to uncover fundamental molecular mechanisms and discover new therapeutic candidates for immune intervention. These efforts are directed toward translational applications that could inform future treatments for inflammatory and infectious diseases.
